Hello, Wanderer.Welcome. If you're here, you might be curious about how we could work together.I work with people who want to understand themselves more deeply, explore how they relate to others, and find more authentic ways of being in the world. My approach weaves together awareness practices, relational inquiry, playfulness and ecological connection. I love creating spaces to slow down, get curious, and discover what becomes possible within ourselves and in the connective threads between us and the world. How I workOur work together might take the form of one-to-one coaching, group inquiry, workshops or collaborative projects. What connects them all is an interest in how we grow our capacity for awareness, connection and meaning.I believe that feeling a greater sense of wholeness within ourselves requires tending to an ever-widening circle of relationship:01. Coming home to ourselvesHow can we build a more curious, compassionate relationship with our own body-mind? Through awareness practices and inquiry, we can begin to recognise the patterns, stories and habits that shape our lives, and discover new ways of meeting ourselves. What is happening within me? What am I learning to see? What might become possible if I met myself with greater understanding and kindness?02. Meeting one anotherOur relationships can bring some of our deepest joys and most uncomfortable edges. They can reveal the assumptions we carry, the ways we protect ourselves, and the impact we have on one another. Together, we can explore what it means to meet more honestly, listen more deeply and find new possibilities for connection. How do I show up in relationship? What impacts do others have on me and me on them? What happens when I dare to be more honest, curious and present?03. Reconnecting with the living worldWe are not separate from nature, but part of the vast web of Life. Through connection with the other-than and more-than human world, and prioritising community and our own sense of belonging, we can explore what it means to live in greater reciprocity with the world around us, and to offer our particular gifts in service to Life. What is my place in this wider story? How might I live in a way that deeply cares for and gives back to the Life that sustains us all?

A little about my own journey into this workMy adult life began in psychology and neuroscience research in London, before wandering into the world of science writing. The combination of workplace pressure and unresolved complex trauma meant I developed a debilitating anxiety disorder in my twenties and eventual burnout. Serendipitously, I came across a new research paper demonstrating the positive impact of an 8-week mindfulness course on the threat-detection system in the brain (aka what I realised was perpetuating my own panic attacks). I tentatively decided to explore these practices for myself. A lightbulb moment! There was something here I needed to dive into more deeply and share with others.I eventually went on to train as a Mindfulness-based Interventions Teacher & Awareness Coach and teach regular 8-week mindfulness programmes and retreats in London and abroad, as well as coaching individuals and working with groups and organisations. I have led programmes for young people coming out of the care system, with unhoused adults, with startups, with giant corporations, with councils, and so on. I absolutely love the variety of folks I get to be alongside with this work.Since leaving London during lockdown (yes, I was another one of those), my practices & offerings have continued to evolve through years of personal exploration, facilitation, community life and learning from a diverse range of teachers and traditions. My influences include Radical Honesty, Circling, Parts Work, Non-Violent Communication, Conscious Dance, Theatre & Improvisation, Sociocracy/Collective Decision-Making, 8 Shields, Animism, Trauma-Attunement, and Rewilding. See below for a full list! For me, this 'work' (with play) isn't about becoming a perfected version of ourselves. It's about growing our capacity to be present to what is, to meet life with greater curiosity, freedom and creativity, and to participate more fully in the world we share.____I now live in South Devon and love creatively collaborating with others who are doing exciting work in the world. I am also available for limited one-to-one coaching, or group projects. If something here resonates, feel free to get in touch for a chat.
